Refund policy

DroneX Canada has product-type-specific returns classified either as batteries or any other products, 

1. Drones & Accessories

Any sealed, unopened, and undamaged items can be shipped back to DroneX Canada at the customer's expense within the first 30 days of purchase, this 30 days begins once an order is placed. Any items that are opened and deemed to be defective or broken on delivery at no fault of the customer will be refunded within the first 30 days of purchase. Items that are opened cannot be returned.

2. Batteries

Batteries that are unopened and sealed can be shipped back to DroneX Canada at the customers expense within the first 14 days. Opened batteries of any kind that are not functioning or deffective on delivery will be refunded within the first 14 days of purchase. Opened batteries cannot be returned.
